How we price it
The cost mostly comes down to how many separate areas or floor types you’d like checked, plus where you are in Herefordshire. We give you one fixed figure before anything is booked, so you always know where you stand — and there’s no obligation to go ahead.

- How many areas you want tested — one wet room is very different from a whole building
- The kinds of floor — different surfaces sometimes need different checks

- Whether you need a smaller re-test after any work
How long it takes
Most visits take an hour or two depending on how much there is to do, and your report usually lands within two to three working days. If you’re in a hurry, just say — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
What you get for it
A proper UKAS-accredited test of every area, a clear score and verdict for each, a plain-English report you can hand to anyone, and honest advice on anything that needs attention — with nothing to sell you.
